We have a wide variety of ways to cover risks for you. Following is a link for some of our programs with Scottsdale. If you do not find a program for your risk, that does not mean that we can not write it. Just fax over an accord application and we will look at the risk to determine if we can give you a quote or if we will need additional information to help you.
Keep in mind that we do not have the ability at this time to offer contractors coverage for companies that are working on new residential including custom homes, condos, apartments, tract homes, etc. That would include room additions involving load-bearing walls.
We do have the Artisan contractor program for your Service risk companies that are only working on existing residential. We have written coverage for plumbers, floor covering contractors, electrical work, heating & air conditioning, painters, and many others. Check the link below for the supplemental application.
